If you run any cpu intensive apps minimized while you play games, disable Dynamic Boost in the Nvidia Control panel. The Page Up/Page Down keys are mutually exclusive with the arrow keys (proper arrow keys, thank heavens) and need to be switched between modes using a dedicated button on my Intel unit (should be the same on the AMD). One RAM is soldered onto the board so I would recommend ordering unit with 32GB to solve the hassle of finding matching RAM in the future. Just a few things in case you missed it the laptop does not come with a webcam integrated but does have a decent mic. Also remember to disconnect the battery first (search on youtube for disassembly). Almost ruined mine trying to use a philips head before it clicked. Just a heads up the ssd screw is not a philips head but this weird bit I don't have a name for. The philips head at the bottom right is for lifting up the seal.
ASUS DUO 15 UPGRADE
Mine came with only 1 ssd, but another one is easy to upgrade and unlike some ASUS models, this one is a breeze to upgrade as long as you have a torx 5 bit. What I love about this machine is the side touchpad (no shitty palm detection crap needed), the second screen and the fact it is not a chonky boy (nightmare at airports). Simple enough, but I do miss the excellent thermals of my ASUS G752VY. I solve my heating problems by sitting under a ceiling fan while gaming. No matter what gimmicks they design, it will be an issue. It's simply a matter of less surface area = less heat dissipation. If you are upgrading from an ASUS chonky laptop from 8 years ago, then the first issue for you will be heat. I have been using one for almost a month now.
